Audit Trail

The audit trail records supported platform changes and security-relevant operations for an object or scope.

Open Audit trail from an eligible Site, Workflow, Connection, API Key, Cluster, App, Account, user, Security Group, or other supported details screen. The action opens a new tab already scoped or filtered to that object.

Entries can identify the event time, acting user or service context, object type and key, operation, and available change detail. The exact fields depend on the audited operation.

Use audit evidence to answer who changed configuration, publish, status, authorization, or assignment state. Use Workflow logs instead for Step-level execution inputs, outputs, timings, and failures.

Audit availability and retention can depend on platform configuration or subscription features. Export or retain required evidence under your organization's governance process rather than assuming indefinite retention.

Keys help correlate an object across renames. Environment identity remains important for Environment-scoped status, Connections, API Keys, and releases.
