Self-Service or Professional Service
Choose between building integrations yourself and getting help through an integration assessment or Professional Services.
Self-service
Choose self-service delivery when your team wants to own Workflow design, testing, release, and operations.
Start with Build a Workflow for the v2 Runtime or Workflow Design Basics for the v1 Runtime, and explore Platform Capabilities. Use Support → Create a ticket in Console when you need product assistance.
Flowgear can also help with a lightweight proof of concept. Describe the data, source, and target systems, for example an order integration from Sage Intacct to Salesforce or an inventory-price feed from FTP to SAP, and create the source and target Connections needed for the build.
Integration assessment and Professional Services
Choose an integration assessment when you need help identifying and prioritizing opportunities before implementation. It can turn a broad integration estate into a sequenced delivery roadmap.
Choose Professional Services when your organization wants Flowgear to take on solution design or implementation capacity. Provide the business outcome, systems involved, representative data contract, security constraints, required interfaces, and operational expectations. Contact the team through Support → Create a ticket in Console.
