Run Now is the term used to describe a Workflow that is run on-demand either from the Console by a user or via API.
Users run a Workflow on-demand by clicking the Start button in the Run Now Pane
In order to allow a Workflow to be run on-demand, the Allow Run On Demand checkbox in the Workflow Detail Pane must be checked.
Workflows that support both Run Now and Always On should have both the Start and Run Now Execution Flow Outputs connected on the Start Node.
