Configure Workflow Screen v1
The Configuration variables screen manages values for Configuration Variable Properties used by a v1 Runtime Workflow.
Open the screen
Open the Workflow landing screen and click Configuration variables. You can also open the Workflow's action menu on the Workflows screen and select Configuration variables.
The screen lists only Variable Bar Properties whose type is set to Configuration Variable and that have a Configuration Variable Name. If the Workflow has no applicable Properties, the screen displays No configuration variables available for the Site and Environment specified.
Manage values
Select an Environment, enter the required values, and click Save changes. You can only select Environments that you have permission to access.
Configuration Variable values are stored per Site and Environment. Workflows in the same Site and Environment can share a value by using the same Configuration Variable Name.
Changes can take up to five minutes to take effect. Restart Always On Workflows after changing a value.
Click Audit trail to open the Site Configuration audit trail in a new tab.
To manage all Site-wide Configuration Variable values, open Settings → Configuration variables.
