Run Now Screen v1

The Run Now screen provides a way to start a Workflow without opening its designer. It presents inputs and outputs defined by the Workflow's Variable Bar and uses the selected Environment.

Enable Run on Demand in Workflow settings to make the interface available. Click Run; the screen shows the Variable Bar inputs and outputs without opening the designer or Workflow Logs.

Run Now uses the Production Environment by default. A permitted user can click the Production selector to choose another Environment. Use Environment-scoped permissions in Site Settings to prevent users from running against Environments they should not access.

The screen provides a basic interface over Variable Bar Properties. Use a Flowgear App when the Workflow needs a tailored user experience.

The v2 Runtime does not use this screen. Use Different Ways to Run a Workflow to choose a v2 Runtime invocation interface, or Workflow Designer to run a Debug activation while building.
