Workflow Logs Screen v1

The Workflow Logs screen lists each executed Node with its timing, description, result, Execution Output, and captured input and output Properties.

Search and filter

Search works backwards in time and returns the most recent rows up to the selected date and time. Use Load entries before ... for earlier records.

After loading results, use Filter to hide non-matching rows or switch to Search to highlight matches.

Rows and Properties

Select a row to display the Properties captured for that Node. Child activity after Triggers, Iterators, and Sub-Workflow calls is indented.

Large text and binary Properties are offered as downloads. Flowgear normally retains only the first part of very large values. Connecting a Property to the Variable Bar can force additional retention but reduces throughput.

Diagnostic Properties

The Start Node's InitData includes the Site, Environment, Workflow, revision, instance, caller, runtime host, launch mode, logging mode, URL, and acquisition delay.

A Node routed through a DropPoint can record PerformanceXml with the DropPoint ID and invoke time. Compare it with total duration to distinguish endpoint execution from transport time.
