Connector Node Type

A Connector is a wrapper around a third party app or service and typically interfaces with it via its API. Connectors can run In Cloud or at a DropPoint.

Connectors are periodically updated to take advantage of new features offered by the third party vendor.

When a Connector is added to the Design Canvas, the specific version that is used is recorded. This means that if a new Connector becomes available, the Workflow will still use the version is was designed with. When you are ready, you can upgrade the Connector Node to the latest available version. See Node for more information.
