Workflow Design Settings Screen v1
The Workflow settings dialog configures identity, logging, activation, HTTP binding, and supported MCP options for a v1 Runtime Workflow.
Open Workflow settings
Open the Workflow Design screen, click Settings, and select Workflow settings.
Workflow details

Sets the Workflow's display name. |
Description |
Sets the description shown on the Run Now and Workflow landing screens. |
Logging level |
Selects Full Logging or Low Logging. See Property Redaction and Low Logging. |
Workflow key |
Displays the Workflow's unique ID. Use the copy control to copy it. |
History |
Displays when and by whom the Workflow was last modified. |
Current version |
Displays the current revision identifier. |
Enabled start modes
Enabled start modes controls how the Workflow can be activated:
Run on Demandmakes the Run Now Screen available.Always onallows a Workflow that contains a Trigger Node to run continuously. See Always On.HTTP bindingexposes the Workflow as a REST API. Select anHTTP binding methodand enter anHTTP binding path. The dialog displays the Environment-specificHTTP binding base URL. See API.MCP tool, when available for the Tenant, exposes the Workflow through Workflow MCP. Enter anMCP tool name; the dialog displays theMCP server URL. See MCP Tool Workflow.
Close the dialog to apply the settings to the current design, then save the Workflow to persist them.
