Run Now Pane

The Run Now Pane allows end-users to run Workflows by clicking the Start button.

Input and output Properties presented here are defined as Custom Properties within a Variable Bar on the Workflow.

This is an end-user interface and does not show the Workflow Design Pane or the Workflow Logs Pane when the Workflow starts.

Enabling Run Now for a Workflow

To enable a Workflow to be started from Run Now, toggle Allow Run on Demand in the Workflow Design Settings Pane.

About Environments under Run Now

By default the Production Environment will be used when a Workflow is run from Run Now but users can switch to a different Environment by clicking ... next to the Environment Name.

If you do not want users to be able to run Workflows against certain Environments, you can control this using Environment-Scoped Permissions in the Site Detail Pane.

Advanced UI

The Run Now Pane provides a basic UI that presents Properties declared in Variable Bars.
